Use manual grout pump

1.the manual grout pump rocker assembled, connect the suction tube and a feeding tube.

2.before using the grout pump  at the filling amount of grease on the piston (butter), uniform shaking the handle to ensure that the use of flexible and prevent corrosion.

3.the suction tube is inserted into the barrel, rocker rocking back and forth, you can start grouting.

4. out of the barrel of the joints using pipe clamps tightened with the pump seal connections.

Suction if found poor performance should take the following measures:

(1) Check the feed end of the connector parts fastening seal.

(2) check whether there is damage to the feeding tube leaks.

(3) check whether there is material within the barrel.

(4) Check the discharge port is loose, with or without clogged.

Adverse found the material to take the following measures:

(1) Check the discharge pipe is blocked or not.

(2) the discharge valve is opened or not.
